We mourn the passing of our friend, Mike Hammer.  Mike had unique insights in both technology and business, as demonstrated by a career that ranged from being a tenured professor in computer science at MIT to being the driving force behind “business process reengineering.”  His first book, “Reengineering the Corporation,” remains a business standard.  More than a brilliant mind, Mike was also a playful spirit with a razor sharp wit.  He punctuated his lectures with humorous stories that cut to the chase, leaving his audiences wiser and laughing.  We will miss him.
